Information, not professional advice

PoolOwl provides general information and calculators for educational purposes. Results are estimates based on the values you enter and published methods. They are not a substitute for product labels, manufacturer instructions, local codes, or advice from a licensed professional.

Your responsibility

Pool and hot tub chemicals can be hazardous. Always read and follow product labels, test your water before and after treatment, and add chemicals gradually. Electrical, gas and structural work should be done by qualified professionals. Keep children supervised around water and covers.

No warranty

We work hard to keep tools and guides accurate, but the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, PoolOwl isn't liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its results.
